Casa Otoñal (Autumn House) has an award winning housing facility that offers ethnic meals, cultural events, and comprehensive support services to residents, as well as elderly and disabled citizens from around the city.

Casa Otoñal not only maintains a strong commitment to its senior population but also offers services to people of all ages and groups. Casa Otoñal has created a sense of community by providing a range of housing, social, educational and cultural services to elders, families and children.

Casa Otoñal has developed a campus of five properties that provide an oasis of beauty, order, and stability. The campus is made up of a 104 unit apartment building, a renovated historical house, known as "Casa Linda" (Beautiful House), a community center, a three family house with apartments for grandparents raising their grandchildren, a storefront thrift shop, known as "La Casita" (The Little House), Casa Familia which is a 30 Apartment residence for grandparents with legal custody of their grandchildren; and Casa Latina, a family education center located at 154 Minor Street.
